Information for new Residents at the Elzentlaan Apartments
The Board of the Homeowners’ Association
HOA, (in Dutch “Vereniging van Eigenaars”) wants to welcome you at Elzentlaan and would like to wish you a pleasant stay!
As a new resident we would like to draw your attention to some of our house rules and some of the practicalities. The owner of your appartement has the duty to give you detailed information about the ins and outs of your stay.
In summary
Disturbances indoor apartment must be remedied by the owner himself,
and this is also liable for any consequential damages.
Tenant/user report problems always to the landlord/owner of the apartment you rent.
You also have to sign the User’s Statement together with the owner of the apartment. The owner has to inform you about “House Rules Residents“
